This past week alone, I know I consumed 7 cups of kale, 6 cups of spinach, six apples, 4 grapefruits, one bunch of parsley, 6 tbsp of Chia seeds, 4 tbsp of Hempseeds, 3 tbsp. of flaxseed, 10 bananas, and lots and lots of berries! In addition to getting my super energetic butt back in shape, I decided to discipline my body and start a 30-day green smoothie challenge. The green smoothie challenge is not really a diet unless you want it to be. It’s to train your body to consume more greens and veggies on a daily basis. Health, fitness, and the city I love

Yesterday, I went to Bikram yoga for the first time in maybe a year.  After 90 minutes of pulling, stretching, tugging, flexing, pointing, and almost passing out, I walked about 4.2 miles home.
