Tasks required for PERSONAL ASSISTANT:
Act as first point of contact for potential collaborations + Fanm Djanm related projects
Respond to emails
Assist with production of photoshoots
Coordinate events
Create travel itinerary
Prioritize daily activities
Assist with social media
Catalog and organize new content into folders
Book travel and accommodation
Assist with home office/wardrobe organization
Assist with blog posts, newsletters and brand affiliates
Update media kits
Note-taking and making appointments
Collating expenses and reconciling receipts
Perform ongoing administrative duties
Water plants when I travel
Skills required:
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be part of confidential information (must sign NDA)
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and research skills
Must be proficient on Microsoft office and using Google Drive
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to be proactive and take the initiative
Must exhibit tact and diplomacy

Tasks required for CREATIVE INTERN:
Assist with the planning of all FANM DJANM + FINDING PAOLA content creation
Location Scout
Update and maintain editorial calendar
Assist with mood boards, update FANM DJANM Pinterest pages with new content
Run errands
Keep all FANM DJANM product samples organized with updated inventory
Send call sheets
Prep and ship all clothing for shoots as necessary
Assist with home office/wardrobe organization
Assist with blog posts, newsletters and website updates
Update media kits
Note-taking and making appointments
Skills required:
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Must be proficient on Microsoft office, ADOBE Lightroom/photoshop/Premiere and using Google Drive
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to be proactive and take the initiative
Must exhibit tact and diplomacy
