Simple fun is the best kind of fun. One of my favorite things to do in the summer is to grab my heart-shaped sunglasses, some great snacks, and fun games, then persuade my friends to play in the park with me. I live very close to both Central and Morningside Parks, so I always feel guilty when I don’t visit either on a beautiful, sunny, summer afternoon.

My favorite spot in Central Park is in Harlem, and it is located right near the Conservatory Garden. I find it the most romantic and exclusive part of the park. I always bring my friends there to show them how beautiful this part of the park is. 

I love walking under the archways of trees. I love spotting wild-colored butterflies hopping along interesting flowers that remain a mystery to me. I love watching the old and young couples holding hands on a bench. I especially love the wedding or Quinceañera parties that come by there just for pretty pictures.
